1. No Refund Policy

At Abhyashika Library, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Late Payment Charges

• A late fee of ₹50 per day will be charged for payments made after the due date
• Late fees are non-negotiable and must be paid along with the subscription fee
• Continued late payments may result in suspension of library access

3. Time Shift and Seat Change Charges

• A fee of ₹200 will be charged for any time slot changes
• Seat changes are subject to a fee of ₹200 per change request
• Changes are subject to availability and management discretion

4. Payment Terms

• All subscriptions must be paid in advance
• Subscription fees are for seat access only
• External subscriptions or services are not included in the fee
• Additional services may be available at extra cost
